The whole 11km with the irritating left to right to left side stitch!
Taking 2 roti kosong with curry and teh tarik 30 minutes before the run was a mega mistake!

I plan to do a 21km this evening, yet,

at km 3 - right side-stitch.
at km 6 - left side-stitch
at km15 -sprained right foot's big toe
at km18 -Can't stay focus, quit it and go home!

1 hour 44minutes.

7.7km, + 1km walk

March : 155 kilometres

so far so good. 155km of barefoot milage.
The longest record was 24km in a day... still far from being able to run the marathon.
